Privacy policy

Predrafted is made by Happy Team Apps B.V., Amsterdam, the Netherlands. We are responsible for the personal data described here. Questions go to support@predrafted.com.

What we collect

• Your account: your name, email address and sign-in details, and the workspaces and teams you belong to.
• Your brand: what you connect and upload so Predrafted can learn your brand: the posts on the accounts you connect, photos, font files, spreadsheets, websites you add as sources, and the details you type in.
• Your drafts: the drafts made for you, your edits, and what you approve, save or skip.
• How the product is used: pages viewed, buttons clicked and errors, so we can see what works and fix what doesn’t.
• Billing: your plan and subscription status. Your payment details go to Paddle, not to us.

Why we use it

To run Predrafted for you: to learn your brand, make and show your drafts, send the emails you’ve asked for, keep your account secure and improve the product. We rely on our contract with you for most of this, and on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving Predrafted for the usage data.

Who helps us run Predrafted

We share data with these providers only as far as they need it to do their part:

• Amazon Web Services hosts Predrafted and stores your data in the EU (Frankfurt), handles sign-in through Amazon Cognito, and sends our emails.
• PostHog (EU region) gives us product analytics and error reports for this website and the app. On this website it records which pages are visited and what is clicked, without cookies. In the app it also records sessions (a replay of what happens on screen) so we can understand problems, with passwords and anything marked private hidden.
• AI model providers, currently OpenAI and Google (Gemini), process your brand material and requests to write ideas and captions and to make designs and pictures.
• Cloudflare renders the designs of your drafts.
• Paddle handles checkout, payments, invoices and taxes as our reseller.
• Meta (Instagram) and Google, when you connect an Instagram account or a Google Sheet, so we can read what you’ve chosen to share with us.

How long we keep it

As long as your account is open. When you ask us to delete your workspace, we delete its data within 30 days, except what we must keep for legal and accounting reasons, such as invoices.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to move it to another service. Write to support@predrafted.com. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies. The app uses cookies and your browser’s storage to keep you signed in, remember your settings and measure how the product is used.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll tell you before the change takes effect.
