Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Happy Team Apps B.V., Amsterdam, the Netherlands (“we”, “us”), the company that makes Predrafted. By creating an account or using Predrafted, you agree to them. If you use Predrafted for a business or for clients, you agree on their behalf too.

What Predrafted does

Predrafted learns a brand from the social accounts and material you connect, and makes drafts of posts for you to review, edit and download. It never publishes anything for you. What you post, and where, is your decision and your responsibility.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us at support@predrafted.com if you think someone else has used your account. You’re responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what your teammates do there.

Your content

You own what you bring to Predrafted (your posts, photos, fonts, spreadsheets and brand details) and the drafts made for you. You give us permission to store and process that material only as far as we need to run Predrafted for you: to learn your brand, make your drafts and show them to you and your team.

Only connect accounts and upload material you have the right to use. Drafts can contain mistakes, and a draft can include a stand-in where it didn’t have a real value, such as a price or a date. Check every draft before you publish it.

Fair use

Don’t use Predrafted to break the law, to infringe someone else’s rights, to make content that harms or deceives people, or to get around the limits of your plan. We may suspend an account that does, and we’ll tell you why.

Plans, trials and payment

New workspaces get a free trial with no payment details needed. After it ends, you can keep viewing your work, but making new drafts needs a paid plan. Payments are handled by Paddle, who act as the reseller and add the applicable taxes. Plans renew monthly until you cancel. If you cancel or move to a smaller plan, the change takes effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

Changes and availability

We’re improving Predrafted all the time, so features will change. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you before the change takes effect.

Liability

Predrafted is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

Ending your account

You can stop using Predrafted at any time. If you’d like your workspace deleted, write to support@predrafted.com and we’ll delete it.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by Dutch law, and the courts of Amsterdam handle any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to go to your local courts.
